Hey Katato, Thank you for creating amazing mods! I would like to request a mod that I think will but fun.I don't know how due able it is tho :/
I was thinking a Real Estate Mod, where the Realtor will look for empty lots on the market (similar to when cops patrol, by computer, or from a gig). The realtors will hold showings (similar to selling a product interaction) and of course they will get a commission. Lastly, I was thinking they can stage the home with the interior designer pack that just came out.
I know modding takes time and effort and I just wanted to present you the idea.
